서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 HowMuch AdSense(이하 "서비스" 또는 "앱")이 제공하는 모든 기능의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 개발자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (용어의 정의)

  • "서비스"란 사용자의 Google AdSense 계정 통계 지표를 조회하고 시각화하여 보여주는 iOS 애플리케이션을 의미합니다.
  • "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 다운로드하여 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
  • "Google 계정"이란 Google LLC에서 제공하는 공식 계정 서비스를 의미합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  • 본 약관은 앱 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
  • 서비스는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일자 및 변경 사유를 명시하여 사전 공지합니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 한계)

  • 본 서비스는 Google 공식 AdSense Management API를 통해 데이터를 조회하여 화면에 표시하는 뷰어(Viewer) 도구입니다.
  • 본 서비스는 Google LLC와 제휴되거나 공식 보증을 받은 앱이 아니며, 독립적인 서드파티 클라이언트 프로그램입니다.
  • 서비스는 안정적인 조회를 위해 최선을 다하나, Google 측의 API 정책 변경, 서버 장애, 점검, 사용자의 네트워크 환경에 따라 일시적으로 조회가 지연되거나 불가능할 수 있습니다.
수익 금액에 대한 중요 고지: 본 앱에서 표기되는 "오늘의 예상 수입", "이달의 예상 수입" 등은 구글 공식 API가 전달하는 '추정치(Estimated Earnings)'에 기반합니다. 구글의 무효 트래픽 감액, 정산 마감 정책 등으로 인해 최종 실제 지급액(Finalized Earnings)과 차이가 발생할 수 있으며, 이에 대해 개발자는 재정적·법적 보증을 하지 않습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

  • 이용자는 본인의 구글 계정 및 자격 증명을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 본 서비스를 불법적인 목적, 리버스 엔지니어링, 비정상적인 트래픽 유발 등의 행위로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

제5조 (지식재산권)

  • 서비스가 제작한 디자인, 로고, 소스코드 및 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 개발자에게 귀속됩니다.
  • "Google", "Google AdSense", "AdSense" 및 관련 상표는 Google LLC의 등록 상표입니다.

제6조 (면책 조항)

  • 개발자는 천재지변, 구글의 API 차단 또는 서비스 정책 중단 등 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 이용자가 자신의 기기 분실, 잠금 해제 방치 등으로 인해 발생한 정보 유출에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 서비스 이용 중 발생하는 간접적, 파생적 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 한도 내에서 책임을 면합니다.

제7조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관의 해석 및 서비스 이용과 관련된 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁 발생 시 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HowMuch AdSense (the "Service" or "App"), an iOS application designed to visualize and track Google AdSense metrics. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the HowMuch AdSense iOS mobile application that accesses and presents statistical metrics from a user's Google AdSense account.
  • "User" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, and utilizes the Service under these Terms.
  • "Google Account" refers to an active account provided by Google LLC through which the User accesses Google AdSense services.

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  • These Terms become effective upon being published on this website and/or within the App.
  • We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Any material amendments will be posted with an updated effective date.

Article 3 (Provision and Limitations of Service)

  • This App operates as an independent client viewer tool communicating directly with the official Google AdSense Management API.
  • This App is an independent third-party tool and is not sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Google LLC.
  • While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable functionality, access may be temporarily interrupted or delayed due to Google API service modifications, maintenance, rate limits, or network connectivity issues.
Important Financial Disclaimer Regarding Earnings: All revenue figures displayed within the App (including "Today's Estimated", "Yesterday's", and "This Month's" revenue) represent Estimated Earnings provided by the official Google AdSense API. Final payout amounts ("Finalized Earnings") may differ significantly after Google applies monthly adjustments, invalid traffic deductions, and billing reconciliations. The developer offers no financial or legal warranty, guarantee, or liability regarding these estimated figures.

Article 4 (User Responsibilities)

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Google credentials, Apple devices, and passcodes.
  • Users agree not to exploit the Service for any unlawful activities, attempt reverse engineering, decompile the software, or generate abnormal API traffic.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the App's user interface, graphics, design, and source code belong exclusively to the developer.
  • "Google", "Google AdSense", and "AdSense" are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All other product names and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

Article 6 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  • The developer shall not be liable for any inability to provide the Service due to force majeure events, changes in Google's API policies, revocation of API access, or service discontinuance by third parties.
  • The developer is not responsible for any unauthorized data access resulting from device loss, device compromise, jailbreaking, or failure to secure device passcodes.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
