IMG2CAL(이하 "앱")은 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·열람하지 않습니다.
1. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보
- 일정(제목, 날짜, 시간, 장소, 메모, 준비물), 설정, 일정에 연결된 원본 이미지는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
- Gemini API 키는 기기의 보안 저장소 (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain)에 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 함께 삭제됩니다.
2. 제3자(Google)로 전송되는 정보
- 이미지에서 일정을 인식하기 위해 이용자가 선택한 이미지가 이용자 본인의 Gemini API 키로 Google Gemini API에 전송됩니다. 전송은 이용자가 동의한 뒤 이미지 인식을 실행할 때만 이루어집니다.
- 이 데이터에는 Google의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 무료 API 키를 사용하면 Google이 서비스 개선에 데이터를 사용할 수 있습니다. 민감한 이미지는 전송하지 마세요.
3. 권한
- 캘린더: 이용자가 동기화를 켰을 때 일정을 기본 캘린더에 추가·수정·삭제합니다.
- 알림: 일정 알림과 아침 브리핑을 표시합니다.
- 사진/파일: 이용자가 선택하거나 공유한 이미지만 읽습니다.
- 인터넷: Gemini API 호출에만 사용합니다.
4. 수집하지 않는 정보
계정, 위치, 연락처, 광고 ID, 사용 통계, 충돌 보고서를 수집하지 않으며 광고·분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

IMG2CAL ("the app") runs no server. The developer does not collect, store, or access your personal data.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
- Events (title, date, time, location, notes, and preparation items), settings, and original images linked to events are stored only on your device.
- Your Gemini API key is stored in the device's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and is never sent to the developer.
- Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
2. Information Sent to a Third Party (Google)
- To recognize events from an image, the image you select is sent to the Google Gemini API using your own API key. This only occurs after you consent and run image recognition.
- Google's terms and privacy policy apply to this data. When using a free API key, Google may use the data to improve its services. Please do not send sensitive images.
3. Permissions
- Calendar: Adds, modifies, or deletes events in the default calendar only when you enable synchronization.
- Notifications: Used to display event reminders and the morning briefing.
- Photos/Files: Only images that you select or share with the app are read.
- Internet: Used only for Gemini API calls.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect accounts, location data, contacts, advertising IDs, usage statistics, or crash reports. The app does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

The app is not directed to children.
